We don’t copy prices. We go and look.
Most pricing articles repeat what another article said a year ago. We open the vendor’s live pricing page, capture it, and compare it with our last record. If anything moved, it goes in the log with the date.
Open the live pricing page
US pricing, yearly and monthly billing, every plan. Never a third-party summary when the vendor shows the price.
Screenshot it, with the date
The proof sits on the page, so you can check our work.
Compare with history, log the change
Every increase, retired plan or new fee gets a dated entry and a plain “what it means for you”.
Independent verdicts
Vendors cannot pay for placement or a better score. Tools with no affiliate program get the same treatment.
Dated, not timeless
Every page shows when its prices were last verified. Old numbers do not hide here.
Real math, not vibes
Break-even points, yearly totals and cost at your size. Numbers you can act on.

“For six years I have sat on the other side of the pricing page, helping SaaS brands decide what to charge. I built PricingVerified so buyers can see the same numbers I see, with the date and the proof.”

Questions people ask us
How do you know a price is current?
Every guide shows the date we last checked the vendor’s own pricing page, and the screenshot behind it. We re-check live prices on a weekly cycle and log every change we find.
Do software companies pay you?
Some links are affiliate links. If you buy, we may earn a commission at no cost to you. It never changes a price we show or a verdict we give, and tools with no affiliate program get the same treatment.
I found a wrong price. What now?
Use the “Spot a wrong price?” link at the top of any guide, or our contact page. We re-check within 24 hours and note the fix in the change log.
Why do your prices differ from other sites?
Usually because theirs are old. Software prices change often. We show US prices in US dollars; some vendors charge differently by country.
